What are some of the best bench sitters in this format?


You know, Pokemon that aren't there to attack or defend, but to just sit on the bench and use their power/body to benefit you or hurt the opponent.



I am wondering what some of the more popular bench sitters are nowadays.

Houndoom is a bench sitter too, but sometimes it comes in handy to attack with him.

There's also some like:

Magcargo DX
Gyarados δ
Starmie δ
Meganium EX

Those aren't the very popular ones, but they're still somewhat popular..so yah.

Sabeleye works with Banette and Ledian or Quagsire work with Kingler tool deck, though they can attack also. Slowking works this way also, as with Porygon2.

Mew can ex be useful, houndoom too of course. Queen, fearow and macargo are the obvious one, I think
dugtrio and cloyster are useful bench-protectors
pidgeot, lati@s and lunarock as power/body lockers
and blastoise, rayquaza (W), wailord, etc are also excellent bench-sitters

what, I was being perfectly modified, all the cards I mentioned are the version of the card that are in the format.
I think you just read pidgeot and thought RG, but there are other pidgeot, I don't see pidgeot RG block powers or bodies
