This looks really good for lots of decks. This could really help agaisnt sniping decks i'm guessing. Any thoughts?

It's pretty good! It seems somewhat fake(not saying it is)
Palkia G Lv. X one-shots it, and you have to be active to attack. I call it the "poor man's Nidoqueen".
That card could really help counter spread decks.
It's one of those "Cute" cards that has viable enough abilities, but lacks, HP/synergy enough to really warrant the bench space

The whole 70 HP thing kind of kills it. I mean, any self-respecting spread deck will have SOMETHING in the wings that can deal 70 damage. Also, thanks to Nidoqueen, spread isn't huge anymore, which means that Chimecho will often be a dead card.

I don't get how this is even worth consitering. No card in the format should have more than 4 energy attatched to it at once (Usually 3 w/gain), and most of those have a good amount of HP. Even if they had low HP, a pokemon with 4 energy attached should be able to get an easy prize for a expensive attack. Tecks rarely have energy, and the occasional 1 energy will get chimeco no where. Nice job at being open-minded, but this is doomed. Not to mention unown G.
But it does have a good 1 energy retreat and for only 1 energy it can heal 30 dmg on every pokemon on your side!
Which Queen does in between 3 turns for 0 energy with no attacking and has durability.
Azelf Lv. X does the same job, but better. Since a lot of decks run Azelf LA, this would be the call as a tech over Chimecho. IMO, Chimeco's not that good.
The weakness to one of the only good spread decks around (Gallade) totally ruins it.

Who tried comparring this to Azelf Lv.X?
Azelf X hits for EVERY ENERGY YOUR OPPONENT HAS to one Pokemon.
Chimecho hits for every energy on the Pokemon you hit.
Not even comparable. Claydol - 0 energy. Opponent - has 8 energy in play. Azelf = Useful, Chimecho, not so much >_>
