Charizard to deal for 180HP pokemon w/ muscle band and hypnotoxic
Keldeo for charizards combustion blast and quick switching to prevent special conditions on my active pokemon
Pyroar to block big basics and ex's
Mewtwo to counter specific pokemon
seismitoad to wall w/ item block when needed

First of all, you listed 61 cards.

Strategy:
seismitoad to wall w/ item block early game

I too have built and ran my version of this deck. if your intention is truly to use 'Toad early game, then IMO, you should run more than just 1. Consider that your lone Poké could be prized...

Also, have you not encountered Supporter "clashes" with this deck since you are running a "lots" of card draw Supporters (2 Colress, 4 N, 4 PJ) that would "conflict" when you need to also play a Blacksmith during the same turn? I'd suggest you replace some of your current card draw Supporters with either Bicycle or Fiery Torch.

I've found that Reshiram (Outrage) is FANTASTIC in the deck. It is a great starting Poké (especially against Virizion EXs).

Given the seemingly high popularity of Garbodor right now, you may find that 1 Startling Megaphone will be insufficient.

Given the above comments, I'd suggest the following changes for your consideration:

• 
  -1 Pyroar: to get to 60 card count
  -1 Seismitoad EX: unless you want to commit two onther card slots for more 'Toads, then this one slot could be utilized more effectively, IMO, with another Poké
  -1 Bicycle: Fiery Torch seems to be a more effective, non-Supporter card draw option when running Professor's Letter too
  -1 Ultra Ball: should you ever need to just "swarm" Pyroars (consider the Plasma or Seismitoad matchups), you may need to get multiple basic Poké benched without discarding cards
  -1 Professor Juniper: less helpful in this deck, IMO
  -1 Blacksmith: I've found 2 of these to be quite sufficient
  -1 Skyla: 1 should be sufficient, IMO

• 
  +2 Reshiram (Outrage): great starting Poké, as well as an excellent, non-EX attacker
  +1 Pokémon Fan Club: to help get basic Poké benched
  +1 Professor's Letter: to seach and get R energy
  +2 Fiery Torch: supplemental card draw support
