Here is my version of Cinpluff. I really like it and it works very well most of the time. It is very fast and heavy hitting, but I still think that it could be improved. Any suggestions are welcome.

Pokemon:
4-4 Cinccino
4-3-4 Jumpluff
2-2 Sunflora
3 Pichu
1 Tyrogue
1 Bouffalant

T/S/S
3 Collector
2 Juniper
2 PONT
3 Dual Ball
2 Rare Candy
2 Junk arm
4 Plus Power
4 Pokemon Communication

Energy
4{C}{C}
6{G}

Unless you are running a very basic-themed deck, I think cleffa is usually better than pichu.

i think remove 1 dual ball (since you alrdy have collectors) and 1 plus power (3 is enough when you have junk arms). and add in 1 or 2 rare candies to get jumpluffs out faster. (4 candies is part of the secret why my stage 2 are so speedy). If you just wanted to add one, i think add one pont aswell. there's never too many hand refreshers.

and oh replace pichus (you don't want to help opponent's setup, do you?) with 2 cleffa and 1 more bouffalant.

I was thinking about replacing the pichu's because I usually get my bench full without them anyway. As for the rare candies, two seems to be enough and it always works out fine.

i run a jumpluff/yanmega deck and im not trying to brag or nothing but i got it down pretty good. what i think you should do is -2 junk arm and -1bouffalant and -1 communication (sunflora takes care of it) for a 2-0-2 vileplum line because with catcher comming out this deck will be destroid so i would add vileplum to get rid of that(i say 2-0-2 because it would be terrible for vileplum or oddish were to be prized) and also maby -1-1 cinccino line and -1 collector for 3 energy exchangers so you could swich energys incase you had the wrong energy you needed- just try to consider my suggestions and try them out--Hope i helped a little bit--PeAcE!!!

I play this deck already and I use pichu's but no collectors(you don't need collectors after one pichu attack. It work fairly well, and you're pretty much setup once you get a sunflora. Because sunflora is important, I max PETM and communications. IMO, you need more rescue energy/other recovery.

Also, I find Cinpluff plays like Jumpluff with a Cinccino backup. Jumpluff for the most part if your main attacker.

I'd say:
-3 Collectors
-2 Dual Ball
-1 DCE (You don't need to max out DCE if you're not going to use it all the time)

+1 Pichu
+4 PETM
+1 Flower Shop Lady/other recovery

Pichu is still bad no matter what deck you play, since it helps opponent too much and you don't want that.

Actually, you do in jumpluff. Jumpluff is dependant on how many benched pokemon the opponent has too, so tricking them into filling their bench with pichu helps.
