Behold!!! My collection of poems that I have writeen over the years. It won't be much, being that I am certainly not a poet. Well, here it goes.
Poem #1: Souls of the Dead
This poem I started way back in 7th grade as a Haiku. It was so good, that I still work on it. Now, its a very good poem that I'm sure you shall enjoy.
Souls of the Dead
I hear them in my slumber
begging to be freed
They wander throughout the night
searching for their most desired
which is their freedom
in this mortal world
How can I hear them?
I am glad you have inquired
Perhaps I am mad.
Nay, I am their king
and keeper of the balance
between life and death.

I hear them in my slumber
asking to be free

Poem Two: Onward West
This poem I actually wrote after learning of westward expansion back in, I think, 9th grade. I hope you enjoy.
Onward West
They say its the best.
Fertile land and good soil
Yet I'm sure it will go to spoil.
There should be gold
or so I'm told
Onward West.
I am missing it less and less
Now, I shall lay my pen to rest.
and end with one final request
