Ive been reading up on the new set coming out. and I noticed something:

[C] Lock On: During your opponent’s next turn, the Defending Pokemon can’t retreat. During your next turn, your Pokemon’s attacks do 120 more damage to the Defending Pokemon.

it doesn't specify what attack it is, e.g. if if I use lock on, and lets say the Pokemon dies or i have a way to switch (fairy garden?) what says I cant attack with a different Pokemon and get that 120 damage bonus?

We do not rule on cards that have not been released yet. Please post an English scan as soon as it's available and we'll help you out. :)

The effect of Lock On is on your opponent's Active Pokemon. As long as that Pokemon remains Active until the next time you attack, the effect stays in place. Any attack that does damage would trigger the additional 120 damage in this case. It doesn't matter if Clawitzer is attacking or if you switched to a different Pokemon. The effect would only go away if your opponent used an effect to switch their Active Pokemon, such as Escape Fope or Switch, since Lock On also prevents them from retreating normally. On a side note, since Lock On is an effect on your opponent's Active Pokemon, "Shred" attacks like the one on Hydreigon-EX that ignore effects on your opponent's Active Pokekon would not get the 120 damage boost.
