Ruling Claydol?

Ok I am officially confused right now. Can someone please give me the real ruling on Claydol?

So does that means you can't use Cosmic Power if you don't have any cards in your hand?

Correct.

The only way you may place no cards on the bottom of your deck is if you have no cards in your hand at the time.

Cosmic Power says you must put 1 or 2 cards at the bottom of your deck, so if you don't have any, then you can't use Cosmic Power.

you can't do no cards from your hand. The "UP TO 2" factor actually means 1-2. that would a sicknasty card if you could bebe for it, have none in your hand, then draw 6.
