DCE makes the card worse, use something like Emboar or Blastoise to maximize its power.

You would use DCE to make it much faster and Ho-Oh/Energy Switch to get any type needed.

You would use DCE to make it much faster and Ho-Oh/Energy Switch to get any type needed.

DCE us a Special Energy just that it doesn't give you many times of energy like Blend and prism but it is still a special energy.
