Everybody, I think it's time for me to close this. It hasn't really been active at all and the quality of the pictures that you can take youself just isn't good enough. I don't have any hard feelings; it was fun and I never expected it to last forever. So thanks to everyone who requested!
BTW I am going to continue rendering and you will always be able to find (and use, of course) my latest ones here. Please check it out whenever you're in need of a good render!
And (major spoiler) you may see my work in an upcoming PokeBeach imagedex too!

Aqua Smeargle's SSB Brawl Cutout Shop FAQ
What on earth does this shop do?
It takes in any Super Smash Bros. Brawl snapshots you provide and gives back a cutout of the pokemon or other SSBB character you want so you can use it in a banner, avatar, ect. Here's and example:
Will you make a banner/avatar/whatever for me?
No. All I'm offering in this shop is to take in your SSB Brawl images and cut out a specific pokemon/other character. If you're not the kind of person that can make yourself a banner/avatar/whatever with these images than you can provide them to another shop owner, whom I'm sure would be happy to make you a banner/avatar/whatever with your desired image, especially since they don't have to do the cutting-out work.
What's the big deal with SSB Brawl cutouts?
Super Smash Bros. Brawl has a unique new feature that allows you to save snapshots from any time during a battle to an SD card. This can then be inserted into a computer where the images can be taken off the card and uploaded to the web. If you don't like the background or would like to put the character in a different image, that's where I come in. More info on this process can be found here.
How can I get my own snapshots to you?
It's a little complicated, but if you can read and follow directions you should be able to do it easily. You need Brawl and a Wii (obviously) as well as an SD card and some way to connect your SD card to your computer. You’ll also need to download the program bin2jpg and use it to convert the snapshots into normal JPEG images.
- Take the picture while playing Brawl. Most of the time you can take a snapshot simply by pausing during a brawl, adjusting the camera angle to fit your liking, and hitting Z on the gamecube controller.
- If you haven’t done so already, insert your SD card into the wii. After hitting Z you should be at a screen that asks you where you’d like to save your snapshot. Select the SD card.
- Take as many pictures as you like, repeating this process, and whenever you finish, take the SD card out of the wii.
- Now take the SD card and insert it into your computer and open it by going to my computer and selecting the SD card.
- You should see a folder labeled “private”, open that and you’ll see another names “wii”, open that and go through three more labeled “app”, “RSBE”, and “al”. Once you don’t see any more folders to open there should be a bunch of BIN files that start with al and then have a string of random numbers. These are your pictures, but they aren’t yet in a format that your computer can read as a picture.
- Now is where the bin2jpg program comes in. If you haven’t already, download and unzip the file linked to above. Now double click the bin2jpg_win program. Two windows will come up, ignore the one in back, and on the one in front just hit OK.
- Browse to where your picture BIN files are and select one and hit open.
- The program will work its magic and you will have a JPEG image of the selected file right next to the old BIN file. Repeat this with all your pictures and they’ll be ready to cut out.
- Attach the pictures to your post that you want cut out.
Can I see the cutouts you've completed so far?
Yes, as a matter of fact, you can even use them if you find one you like. This is especially great for those of you who don't own a copy of Brawl! Here's the link.
What if I want a shiny pokemon?
Well, as far as I know, SSBB does not have naturally occurring shiny pokemon, but I am able to recolor any normal SSBB pokemon into its shiny form. If you'd like this just state it when you post the image and when I'm done I'll provide both the normal and shiny forms for you.
Do I have to give credit for these?
Nope, no credit is necessary, shop owners are free to use them in their shop, webmasters are free to use them on their websites, whatever. The answer to any credit-related question you ask will be yes, so don't bother asking. If somebody asks where you got the cutout though it would be nice if you could point them to this shop.
Isn't the proper term for a 'cutout' "render"?
Yes, but most people wouldn't understand me if I said that; so I'm keeping it simple for their sake.

Rules
- Read this entire post.
- When making a request provide the image and be very specific as to what part you want cut out.
- Cutouts are relatively easy for me and don't take long, but don't annoy me by asking if your request is done. If it's posted, it's done, if not, it isn't.
- Make sure you actually will use your request. I'd prefer not to waste my time if you won't.
- Don't ask for a banner/avatar/whatever or for permission. My policies on both items were already stated above.
- By requesting a cutout, you accept that anyone else can at any time use that image for themselves. The cutouts you request are for everyone's use, not just yours.
- If you happen to request a cutout for an image that has already been done by someone else I will point you to that image. It's very important that you follow the renderer's instructions on credit though!
