Use Dual Ball over Collector. It's Junk Arm-able, and, other than Catcher and SSC, you don't really have much to Junk Arm. I think I'd also run N; it does this deck wonders in the end-game.

Dual ball is the better choice in this deck because you want to setup as quick as possible.
Try
-4 collector (dual ball is the better choice)
-1 grass energy (8 is enough)
-2 ssu? (not really too needed)
-1 switch? (pretty sure 2 might be enough)

+4 dual ball
+3 N (good hand refresher and disrupter)
+1 plus power (good against other mewtwos) or something else

I'm not a huge fan of running a single copy of a trainer, so if I were running this, I'd try to make room for at least one more Plus Power. Everything else looks good, so I think what you take out is up to you.
