So I have been thinking and the Cobalions "Iron Breaker" prevents the defending Pokemon from attacking. So what I've come to realize that it say "The Defending Pokemon" meaning even if they retreat the "defending Pokemon" can't attack. Is this true? Hope it is cause I just ordered $15 of cards to make a deck with it....
