Code cards for TCGO

I started playing Pokémon TCGO earlier this week and I would like to buy code cards directly for the internet. However,little to no information is provided about what exactly some of the codes from promotional items unlock in the TCGO. I know the codes in the Fall tins(mewtwo-EX, Darkray-EX, Rayquaza-EX) include the respective Pokémon-ex and a booster credit and I would like to know if the code inside the following products unlock the promo card only or the promo+booster credit like the latest tins.
- The code card from the Kyurem Collection
- The code card from the 2012 spring tins (Zekrom-EX,Reshiram-EX,Kyurem-EX)
- The code card from the Prime Challenge Box

I can confirm that the spring 2012 tins only unlock the promo card for the respective tin.

I believe the prime challenge box unlocks the deck, the featured card, and if the pack contains boosters it should unlock those too- since they would be from pre-BW sets... IIRC.
