Hello everyone! This is my art thread! I will upload various pieces of art (Crap) here! I dont have much now, but Ill upload more when I make it.

Here is my attempt at Ken Sugimori's old watercolor art style witha Gurdurr (I thiught it would be one of the few 5th gen that could be pulled off as a 1st gen pokemon):

Please note that this was my first time ever using watercolors, so Im sorry if it completely sucks :/

Yeah I know, I purposely left that out because it wouldnt belong in the older gens I thought.

Yeah I know, I thought about that when I was drawing it. But I just didnt think a giant metal beam would work haha.

First time using watercolors, eh? I don't believe you. Well done, especially on the Gurdurr! The shading is done well, especially for being done in watercolors (an art which I've never been able to master myself). Perhaps it's your scanner, but I think the shading on Oshawott's head and arms may be a little too dark. Awesome job -- I'll be looking forward to more!

It really was! Haha. But yeah, I screwed up in a couple places like Oshawotts arm >.<, but yeah, my scanner is a piece of crap. :smashcomp

I really like Oshawott as well, but there's something that's just a little off. It's not the arms, but I just can't tell.

Great use of water colors!! And that is a very good Oshawott! The Gurrdurr is a bit skinny I believe. However, I am impressed with your obvious talent with paints! I'm looking forward to more!!

Great job on these! You've got the white "patches" of Sugimori's watercolor style down really well.

I've actually considered attempting to imitate Sugimori's original style, myself, so it's nice to see another artist doing so (and with nice results). :3

I'm loving the Serperior. This is truly an awesome project, Cofagrigus, and I always look forward to more.
