i need some serious help with this deck i think it could work.

2-2 wailord
2 Reshirim
2 Kyrurem
3-3 Cofagrius (NV46)
2-2 Dodrio
2-2 Electrode Prime
1 shaymin

Trainers (24):
3 Evolite
2 Catcher
2 Pokemon Communication
4 Pokemon Collector
3 Cheren
2 PONT
3 Junk Arm
2 Switch
1 Super Rod

Energy (18):
4 Physic
4 Water
4 Rainbow
2 Rescue
2 DCE

strategy is to stall with wailord power up the bench then switch with cofagrigus when wailord has a fair amount of damage on him then use damagriiigus for a huge amount of damage then switch with wailord again and the cycle goes on.

Cofagrius and Dodrio are too frail to sit on the bench without vileplume for protection against catcher. Also, the energy lines look odd and Wailord will have to discard 2 energy to retreat, even with Dodrio on the bench. And his lightning weakness makes it pretty much useless as a tank right now. The deck is definitely fun, but I don't see this exact list working out so great. I've seen others (along with myself) play test a bit with Conkeldurr NV64 over Wailord instead since his weakness is much better, has a better attack, is DCE compatable, and once set up will have more hp than Wailord.

I would do this.
-2 Reshiram
-2 Kyurem
-2-2 Wailord
-3 Evolite
-2 Catcher
-3 Junk Arm
-2 Switch
-1 super Rod
-4 Water
-2 Rescue
-1 Rainbow
-1 Psychic
-3 Cheren
-1-1 Cofagrius
(-32)
+3-1-2 Vileplume
+3-2-2 Conkeldurr
+8 Fighting Energy
+4 Sages Training
+3 Twins
+3 Rare Candy
+1 Communication
(+32)

This, however, is quite a massive change to the deck, but right now you have a number of low-hp techs sitting on the bench that are just catcher bait and Wailord isn't viable with his weakness. This is just a pseudo-Truth approach to the deck, but it keeps the concept of load up damage on bulky attacker, send out cofagrius to ohko anything.

Although if you want to keep what you have, I would do this.
-2 Reshiram
-3 Evoilte
-1 Cheren
-1 Psychic
-2 Rescue
-1 collector
-1 Kyurem
(-11)
+2 Pichu
+3 Sages Training
+2 Pokemon Communication
+1 Switch
+2 Juniper
+1 PONT
(+11)

You have a lot you need to swarm out at the beginning of the game, so Pichu can add some speed you need. Also, once you get stuff going you won't need everything so Cheren can give you some dead draws, sages will let you drop what you don't need and get what you do need. Juniper is the same concept. With all the pokemon you have in this deck, communication should be maxed.
