I haven't played any games since Arceus was in format, so I need a little help getting back into things:

Pokemon: 20

3-3 Nintails Hg/ss
3-2-3 Typloshion Hg/Ss
4 Reshiram B/W
2 Cleffa hg/ss

Energy: 14
2x Rescue Energy
12x Fire Energy

Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums/Tools: 26
3x Fisherman
4x Switch
4x Pokemon Catcher
3x Pokemon Collector
3x Pokemon Communication
3x Energy Retrieval
3x Rare Candy
3x Energy Search

Tech I'm still considering:
Revive
Double Colorless Energy
Max Potion
Interviewer's Question
Professor Oak's New Theory
Professor Elm's New Theory

I'm fairly certain this deck has been floating around the meta for a while, but this is just my Interpretation on how I'd run it. It's really hard to find space in this deck though \:, I think revive is too crucial not to run though seeing as my main attacker is a basic, so I need to find a way to drop something down t add it in.
Also don't hate on energy search, it's a 1 for 1 which becomes a +3 with Nintails.

Realized I never added Sage's Training or Junk arm in the deck X_X

I don't know what to take out for those. /I will fight to leave energy search in, no one understands how good it can be in situations where you can't hit any fire energy.

This is not an ReshBoar deck so there is not need for the 3/3 split of Fisherman and Energy Retrieval when Typhlosion recycles energy onto pokemon directly from the discard pile. You can however leave in either 1 Fisherman or Energy Retrieval as it is a nice "1 of" card to have incase on energy drought. 3-3 Ninetales is also too many 2-2 is all you will need as come late game you will find that you won't need to use Roast Reveal every turn.

-1-1 Ninetales
-1 Cleffa (1 is all you will ever need)
-1 Energy Search (you won't need 3 if you're going to include some draw supporters)
-3 Fisherman
-3 Energy Retrieval (i know i said you can leave in one of either this is Fisherman. i haven't forgotten)
-2 Switch (4 is overkill)
-1 Pokemon Catcher (you can drop this seeing as Junk Arm will be included)
(-15 cards)

+1 Pokemon Communication (playing 4 of these are so vital as you need at least 2 Ty Primes on the bench quick)
+1-0-1 Typhlosion Prime (4-2-4 makes is so easy to set up 2/3 Ty primes)
+3 Junk Arm
+2 Plus Power
+3 Professor Oak's New Theory
+3 Sage's Training
+1 Fisherman or Energy Retrieval (choice is up to you)

Now there are still some changes that can still be made, but it's all up to personal preference like doing you really need 3 Catcher if you're playing 3 Junk Arm? Do you want to play 4 Rare Candy to increase the chances of a T2 Ty Prime? (doing this puts you in such a good position). With 12 {R} and a decent amount of draw power would be it wise to drop Energy Search for other important cards? All this can be figured out once you test out the deck numerous times against the top decks as well as mirror matches.
