Common + Uncommon- only deck?

Hi guys! It's me again! I have a new issue here, I need to think about a deck of only common and uncommon cards to play for a fun tournament, but I can't just think of any good ideas, please tell me if you come up wirh any, first I had thought of raticate, but I can't make it work well. Thank you !
 
I'm tempted to say some primitive eels build, but I can't think of many good uncommon attackers. Maybe Jolteon DEX and Bouffalant DRX. If you can use plasma storm as well you can try to get some galvantula and rotom from that set. The only thing is, if this was this obvious to me, it's bound to be played a lot. Maybe include a Stunfisk (NV68), it's a fighting type that uses electric energy.

Try Durant (NV) with some Hammers. You should be able to run a good version of this deck using only common/uncommon cards.
Also this is the wrong forum, I believe. This one is only for full decklists.

A fun deck that you can try is darkarai + umbreon
with crushing hammer and enchanted hammer

Jolteon OHKO's evolving Basics (which in this format are going to be much more prevalent) for one energy. I'm not sure what you did with Raticate, but you could try Raticate/Sableye with Lasers if you haven't already.
 
Yeah, the raticate sableye and lasers was the main idea, but I hacen't had laid my hands on lasers since prelease is gonna be this saturday where I live.
