Common, Uncommon, Rare?

Can someone tell me how to tell what cards are common, uncommon, rare? I am looking at the Set Lists from this website.


Circles - Common ?
Diamonds - Uncommon ?
Stares - Rare ?

What does "star H" mean?
What does "question mark in a circle" mean?

Cards with a small black circle in the bottom are Common.
Cards with diamonds are Uncommon
Cards with Stars are Rare
Rare Holos are Rares that are ALWAYS holofoil.
Star Holos are Pokemon*, shiny versions.
Last one I dont know.
