Competitive Mega Manectric-EX Lists

Hi all, I'm new here and just subscribed recently. I have been getting back into the TCG again and looking to try and run a couple of decks to see what I like best. I have my eye on a M Manectric-EX deck but don't know where to start minus the Manectrics of course! Looking to build one that can try and hang with the tier 1 decks out there. Any advice?
 
A very standard M. Manectric deck in opinion in terms of a list would kind of go like this:
Pokémon:16
  • Manectric EX: 2
  • M. Manectric EX: 2
  • Pikachu: 3 (BKT 48)
  • Raichu: 2(BKT 49)
  • Raichu: 1(XY 43)
  • Raichu Break: 3(BKT 50)
  • Jolteon EX: 1
  • Shaymin EX: 2

Support: 34
  • Professor Sycamore: 4
  • Professor Birch's Observations: 3
  • Lysandre: 2
  • Skyla: 1
  • Hex Maniac: 1
  • Ultra Ball: 4
  • Rough Seas: 3
  • Muscle Band: 3
  • VS Seeker: 4
  • Trainer's Mail: 2
  • Battle Compressor: 2
  • Acro Bike: 2
  • Professors' Letter: 2
  • Sacred Ash: 1

Energy: 10
  • Lightning Energy: 8
  • Flash Energy: 2

This is a very simple and easy deck to use and can keep up with a variety of high tier decks as it's geared to be more aggressive in the Standard format. There are many variants of M. Manectric so you should also hit up what BBNinjas linked too as well as the Deck Garage and Metagame Discussion List Forums as they will also provide some good strategies and deck lists for you to try and and to create your own deck.
