Competitive Team Help

I've recently got into competitive battling and have just finished breeding a team. Please give your thoughts (ev spread, moveset, held item etc). I'm willing to replace one or two pokemon but would rather not have to change too many as it would take a while.

All 'mons are have five EVs except ferrothorn and aegislash which have 0 speed.

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Iron Barbs
EVs 252 HP 88 Def 168 SpDef
Relaxed
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Protect

Its 0 in speed allows it to destroy a fair few things with gyro ball. Leech seed and protect allow it to gradually wear down foes while healing itself. Stealth Rock for a hazard.

Aegislash @ Leftovers (0 IV speed)
Stance Change
EV's: 252 Atk 128 Def 128 SpDef
Brave
-King's shield
Sacred sword
-Swords dance
-Shadow sneak

0 IV in speed to minimize the chance of it being hit in blade form.
King's shield for protection, swords dance to up attack and sacred sword and sneak for sweeping.

Greninja @ Focus Sash
Protean
EV's: 4 HP 252 SpAtk 252 Speed
Modest
-Dark Pulse
-Surf
-Grass Knot
-Ice Beam

Hidden power fire would be nice but its hidden power is dark so that's not too great. Might replace surf with hydro pump or scald?

Sableye @ Sablenite
Prankster / Magic Bounce
EV's: 240 HP 212 Def 56 SpDef
Bold
-Recover
-Calm Mind
-Will-O-Wisp
-Dark Pulse

Recover for healing, calm mind to defend against special attack, wisp for physical attack and dark pulse instead of shadow ball so I can hit everything.

Garchomp @ Life Orb
Rough Skin
EV's: 4 HP 252 Atk 252 Speed
Jolly
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Dragon Claw
-Outrage

Stone Edge for ice, earthquake and dragon claw for STAB and outrage for stronger STAB.

Rotom-W @ Chesto Berry
Levitate
EVs: 248 HP 216 Def 44 Speed
Bold
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Rest

This is one I'm not too sure about, I was thinking about rotom heat instead or using wash in a more attacking way and maybe replacing greninja. Volt Switch for scouting, Will-O-Wisp for crippling physicals and rest to heal.

I was planning for this to be an OU singles team.

Any and all advice / constructive criticism is much appreciated.

RE: Review my team

Well, first things first, if you're planning on using this in OU, then you should get rid of Aegislash and Greninja as those two are banned. Starmie or Keldeo are pretty good ninja replacements and for Aegis, I'm lazy and will go to sleep soon, so I'll let someone else do some more in depth recommendations for replacements. I'd probably use Slowbro as a solid answer to mons your team looks weak to such as Keldeo, Mega Lopunny, Mega Charizard X, and probably something else I'm forgetting. You'd still be weak to Landorus-I, Mega Gardevoir, and Mega Sceptile, though. Jirachi can beat Mega Gardevoir and possibly Sceptile so I guess I'd say go with that and then replacing Garchomp with Lati@s to beat Lando while still beating Mega Charizard Y (while also being a better check to it than chomp is anyway).

If you want to still use the ninja frog and ghost sword in a non-OU environment, I recommend changing your sets to
Aegislash @ Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
- Flash Cannon
- Shadow Ball
- Shadow Sneak
- King's Shield

One of the first rules of competitive battling after the basics is that you shouldn't put 128 EV's into two stats unless there's a specific threat you need to KO/live a KO from and that's never happened with 128/128 to my knowledge. You're better off just maxing out HP in this instance. Aegislash is often better as a special attacker because you aren't destroyed by Wisp. I don't really remember since Aegislash is been banned since like July, but I feel like this set became more prominent after people realized that SD Aegis wasn't that great of a sweeper. I seem to recall there being like two other good sets, though, one of them being SubToxic or "The Crumbler" with Head Smash, iirc, to lure and hurt typical counters. I'm too lazy/whatever to find the sets, though.
Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 40 Atk / 216 Def / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Gunk Shot
- Ice Beam
and then pick from Hydro Pump/Dark Pulse/Low Kick/Extrasensory for the last two moves. I'd probably say Extrasensory and Hydro Pump for your team.

Personally, I prefer Power Whip and Leftovers on Ferrothorn, but that's just me. You could try giving Garchomp Stealth Rock (if so, I'd probably give it a Focus Sash and replace Outrage and Stone Edge with SR and Fire Blast for Skarm/Ferro) and having Ferrothorn use Power Whip or Spikes over it (T-Wave can be used with Power Whip, but not Gyro Ball). I could be wrong, but it looks like you're trying to stick to Item Clause, which isn't used in OU because it's a stupid idea that shouldn't exist in the first place. If you insist on keeping Item Clause in a cartridge battle, swap ninja's sash with chomp's LO.

Also is there a specific reason for that Mega Sableye EV spread? I have yet to use one myself, but I was under the impression that they just ran max HP max Def. Bolded because I think you started reading this before I edited in the last part and I want you to see it or for someone else to ask you if you don't.

RE: Review my team

So are you suggesting I switch my team to

-Starmie
-Jirachi
-Rotom
-Latios
-Ferrothorn
-Sableye
?

Also, do you have any advice on rotom, whether it should be wash/heat or offensive/defensive?

As for sableye's EV spread. I watched verlisify on YouTube use a sableye with those EVs and it seemed to work quite well.

Verlisify is a known scrub and you should be wary of like everything he says.

Slowbro over Starmie

I haven't heard of anyone having any success with offensive Rotom-W. Rotom-W is generally better than Rotom-H, although Heat has some niches. The problem with Heat Rotom is that it is weak to Water and Rock (and therefore SR). Rotom-W helps you against Belly Drum Azumarill, so keep it.
