So I know that if a card is reprinted you can use it....

No. This is a peculiar case, but understandable.

Computer Search is one of the cases where the card received a major text change from its previous prints, which is the fact that it's now an Ace-Spec. Thus, you'll need a reference card of the most recent one in order to play it. So far this is nothing different than any other card released previously, like Rare Candy, Great Ball, etc.

However, Ace-Specs are meant to only have one in your deck, so the official position from the Compendium Team is that "you might as well play the reference card instead of the old print".
