say i have a dark pokemon that is asleep and i play Sidney's Stadium does that pokemon then wake up???? thanks for the help

Yes. Sidney's says your Dark-type Pokemon "can't be affected" by those conditions. If something says something else "can't" happen, that something else is removed from the game state immediately.
Note how this differs from things like Holon Energy WP, which "prevent all effects of attacks". Those prevent new Special Condition effects from being created, but it doesn't remove ones that are already there.
