Ruling Conformation on Lucario Lv.X and Cessation

After I play down Lucario Lv.X and activate 'Stance' the use Cessation Crystal, Stance will remain in effect if the events happened in this order.

1. Lucario Lv.X played down
2. Stance Activated
3. Cessation Crystal played down

Stance is a permanent effect. It has already resolved and occured. It's not like when you use Invitation, then use CC and shuffle the searched card into your deck.

There is a difference between a Power or other effect source (Stance, in this case) and the effect it creates (prevent all effects of an attack done to Lucario). They are two separate entities in the game state. The effect does not depend on its source to maintain the effect once it's created.

Well, unless it's a continuous effect that doesn't specify a time duration, like a Poke-Body, or a tool like Crystal Shard. In this case the effect ends when its source leaves play or is otherwise disabled.

You only need to use a Poke-Power to create its effect in the first place. That's what Cessation Crystal prevents -- the initial use of the Power. But once it's used, the effect stays.
