Ruling Confusion

Uhh sorry to ask this question but I'm pretty new to Pokemon TCG and this might be really noobish.

But when your pokemon get confused, If you get heads Do your Pokemon snap out of confusion or are they still confused?

yes they are confused until you evolve, retreat switch, heal etc
