A pokemon is only confused for one turn right? Let's say my active is confused, I don't attack, next turn confusion is gone right?

Only Paralyze goes away after a turn. Every other special condition stays there until you either retreat/switch or use another card to remove the condition.

Nope. It last for the whole game unless you..
Retreat(or warp point),Evolve, or Level Up.

What happens if I get heads on an attack, does that mean it's gone or am I still confused? And does Leveling up get rid of it.

If you try to attack while confused and flip heads, your attack is successful but you remain confused. Leveling Up does remove confusion.

don't forget asleep, which let's you flip a coin between turns, if you flip heads, you wake up, and the conditio is removed.

Wait a minute, the confusion is removed if you get heads, doesnt it???

Uhh... I think I saw in the official rules that after a head, the confusion gets removed. Am I right or wrong???

^ No. That's for sleep.

Confusion has changed since the TCG started: now you hit yourself for 30 instead of 20 on tails, and you can retreat without flipping for it. But you still stay confused whether you attack or not.

Confusion does NOT get removed automatically, or upon flipping heads. That's sleep you're thinking of. Confusion is removed upon:
- Retreating
- Switching by a trainer card
- Trainer cards that remove special conditions
- Evolving
- Levelling Up
- Use a Poke Power that removes/moves special conditions (Like SW Xatu)

There are no other ways to get rid of it.

Okay, thanks a lot guys. I'm suprised how fast evryone replies. We were just playing and this question came up, I simply posted up my question, and in like 1 minute I already got the anwser I needed, so I was able to easily continue the game. Thanks everyone.
