So the basic strategy is to trainer lock from turn 1, and continuously control the opponents game.
Use Slowking t oorder the opponents cards so you control their draw.
Ursaring to Mill the top card and disrupt
Vileplue to trainer lock
Weavile to snipe cards in hand
and Victini to use with Tediursa

i have tried a similar deck before in the HGSS-BW format, yet it loses to Donphan too easily and with catchers, it is quite difficult to get vileplume set up unless you keep sacrificing Tediursa before you get vileplume out. maybe + 1 Tediursa since you have so many poor basics to start with? anyway i think the idea is very good, but it definitely needs some more techs for the metagame.

Yeah, I wanna find a way to make this somewhat viable. I feel like If I can get it set up fast enough, I'll have the ability to control my opponents game, and that can be a big advantage.
The main problem I see with someone interrupting my disruption is Ninetails, since it moves through the deck so fast.
