Against Machamp, a 1-1-1 (or more) Nidoqueen tech line helps, but against Kingdra, there is not much you can do. Maybe run 1-1 Umbreon UD to stop everything except the LA Kingdra. SP is no real problem, just beware of Promocroak. If you can set up early on and evade power spray by using Seekers, there is no way they can punch through a 180 HP Tyranitank.
