I was watching some unboxing videos of the Japanese reprint set Premium Champion Pack 4. I noticed that a Shaymin-EX was pulled, albeit in Japanese. Since in the set there is a Mega, EX, or Break in every pack, the pull rate of Shaymin-EX is a lot higher along with other cards, therefore making it cheaper (around 21$). my question: Is playing the Japanese version of Shaymin-EX legal in US tournaments?
