So this is deck the idea was to get Machamp EX poisoned with heavy boots so he cant be confused. And raise a lot of damage that way. Since I am using EX i put in Marowak, not only because I love him, but also because his break is pretty useful for when your down. Plus the Marowak I chose has the ability bodyguard for a little extra safety.

I am pretty new with building like this and not just casually with friends so any constructive criticism is very helpful!

This deck needs the Pokemon number to decrease for it to reach maximum consistency. To add Trainers, you should eliminate one evolution line (I suggest Marowak, since I don't see how he helps the overall strategy of this deck. This deck appears to be in the 2017 format, and Seismitoad-EX will be rotated by then).

At first glance, there seems to be "a lot of moving parts" between the: Marowak, Machamp EX, Ariados and Octillery lines. By having so many lines you will be sacrificing setup time. Secondly, should you ever get your bench setup, an opponent could play a Parallel City and significantly disrupt your bench. Lastly, you are presenting some easy KO targets with the many non-EX Pokémon.

With the 2 Octillery and Scorched Earth, you potentially can deplete your resorces faster you'd like.
Should you run Octillery in your deck, Judge could be used to disrupt your opponent's hand, but you could draw more with Abyssal Hand. Or you could just strong card-draw support and no Octillery lines.

Have you looked at Carbink (Safeguard)? This Pokémon can also provide some needed protection, as well as energy recovery and attachment acceleration. Carbink also has a useful BREAK, more HP, faster to setup, and requires fewer cards than the Marowak line.

The Bursting Balloon seems like an odd Tool for this deck, especially since your Heavy Boots will be dedicated, most likely, to your Machamp EX. Are these really useful?

Suggested card changes for your consideration:

-3 Cubone
-3 Marowak
-3 Marowak BREAK
-2 Remoraid
-2 Octillery
-3 Bursting Balloon
-1 Switch
-2 Fighting Fury Belt

+3 Carbink (Safeguard)
+3 Carbink BREAK
+1 Heavy Boots
+1 Trainer's Mail
+1 Ninja Boy
+1 Max Potion
+1 Ultra Ball
+1 VS Seeker
+1 Giovanni's Scheme
+1 Judge / N / Professor Sycamore
+1 Scorched Earth
+1 Strong
+3 Fighting

I hope you find these comments helpful.

The idea around Morwoark break is counter intuitive. You want to loose. The deck can run thicker then most. But I conceed that the aridios and Manchamp is much.

I would run a 3 line of Xygarde, 4/3/3 Morwark break, and a 1/1 octillery. In my deck, I run teammates. Teammates is really good as you bait them into taking your babies. I would also run super rod and special charge. You create loop by getting your energy and pokemon. Because it does not take much to charge any of your pokemon, you just need to hit energy cards. I use ultraball to get the stages with a thicker line of draw supporter cards.

Xygarde is a bit of a pain because he is a mow down card. You want to allow them to take about 3 prizes before you make your comeback. Whenever, I mowdown with Xygarde and take early prizes my second attacker goes to the wayside. The game gets intense and close. But hay, when it comes to playing against item lock decks, it is the best deck out there. It can take easy and fast wins with Xygarde. Night March is to quick for it.
