Create-A-Pokemon (Art Submissions)

Hey guys, TDL here taking over CAP for Hyper. Get used to it.

So here's how things will go down:

- All submissions must make sense with the current stuff discussed. For example, if it says that it has ThunderPunch, then the submitted art MUST have arms. So far this is what the CAPmon has. All art has to be logical with any of this or it will be rejected.

Ability:

Clear Sky

Brief description: Nullifies weather conditions.

Detailed description: When this Pokemon enters the battle, if any weather condition (hail, sandstorm, rain, bright sun) is present, that condition is immediately and permanently removed from battle until another weather condition is manually brought into battle. This ability will still work even if a Pokemon with the Air Lock or Cloud Nine abilities is in play. In the event this Pokemon is brought into battle at the same time as a Pokemon that starts weather, the Pokemon with the lower Speed rating shall have priority.

- Art must make sense with this CAP's concept which is removing weather.

- The work must be of high quality. Anything not high quality will be rejected. If your submission is purposely a joke submission without any work done I will warn you for spam.

- Sprites are accepted, however they must be 96 x 96. Back sprites must be Black and White style with the full back showing.

- Post all submissions in this thread. We will all vote on which will represent this project. All you have to do is post the art - we will talk over name and the rest in a separate CAP discussion.

Seeing the completed drawing, my biggest problem is the length of the belt. That could probably be shortened if other people agree with this. As for a quick description to tie it into its ability:

Due to <insert CAPmon's name here>'s natural control over weather and its serene state of mind obtained by years of martial arts training, this Pokemon naturally creates calm weather no matter where it is.

I'll contribute something - coming up with a concept of something Fighting/Electric with the purpose of removing weather is a bit tricky, but I'll give it an honest effort.

If people are spamming the thread with 1 minute scribbles, it counts as spam without reminder.

Seems a bit hostile for what is a generally friendly and positive activity.
