Hey guys, As someone who lives in a pretty rural area and the nearest league is an hour away it is pretty hard to test for tournaments at all. That's why I would like to create an online group in which people can share deck ideas, techs, test with each other and etc..

I feel your pain -- my city is about 2 hours from Houston which is where most of the TCG action can be found. My area has big 'Magic' card followings, collectors, tournaments, etc but not Pokemon. I would be on board for learning more of what you had in mind & possibly trying to get in on some of the action.
I was planning that
- once a week that we would meet through Skype or google hangouts in which we could deck test
- I would also create google docs for deck ideas and deck testing etc.., in which anybody in the group at anytime could post any suggestions

I usually contact my Poké pals and we agree to "meet" online at a designated time to discuss strategy and/or cards and play-test.

Less useful but still an option is the official Pokémon TCG Online program. Unless you're buying all your cards on the secondary market, odds are you're getting redemption codes for it anyway.
