It can get going pretty quickly, but having it up by turn two requires a Special Energy (DCE or Plasma + manual attachment). This makes it especially susceptible to hammers.
At the end of your turn after you use the attack, assuming the opponent doesn't heal the poison, they'll have taken 160 damage. This falls short of the 170-180 HP mark set by most Pokemon-EX, which is terribly disappointing. It is notable, however, that it can 2HKO Mewtwo-EX without being OHKOed back easily (Mewtwo requires 4 Energy to OHKO).
The power is acceptable. Free draw is never bad, especially since he can sit on your Bench and do it.
All in all, I see this going the way of Crobat (Prime). It'll be a fun league deck, and some brave souls will try to make it work in a tournament, but the low damage output and terrible Weakness will keep it from doing well.
