This is my CTM deck I am working on.

4x Celebi (Prime) TM
2x Mewtwo EX NX
2x Tornadus EP
2x Regigigas EX NX
1x Shaymin EX NX

4x PONT
4x Juniper
3x N
4x Dual Ball
4x Catcher
4x Switch
4x Junk arm
3x Pokegear 3.0
2x Pluspower
3x Skyarrow Bridge

4x {C}{C}
10x {G}

Props for putting in Regigigas EX! But I kinda see him as a redundancy with Tornadus... but much cooler. With Tornadus, you don't give up two prizes, are resistant to Terrakion, and can move energies around. On the other hand, Regigigas can potentially do more damage, not to mention everyone's scared to death to put any damage on him. I'm no expert on this deck, so I won't say one is better than the other, but I suppose it's player's choice. I might try to make room for another Catcher and/or Plus Power, particularly Plus Power cause that's the best way to win a Mewtwo war.

I think it's more of the way they prefer to play. For example, some like to attack more with mewtwo so use fewer tornadus, while others the opposite. But I prefer more tornadus too so...
Try
-1 regigigas (to make room for another mewtwo/tornadus since they will usually be attacking more)
-2 switch (you really don't need more than two)
-1 sky arrow bridge (3 is enough from what I've seen)

+2 tornadus? (think 4 is good but three is sufficient too)
+1 catcher (to catcher their Pokemon.)
+1 super rod? (could help but if you don't want it Another N might also be good)

I'll be kinda radical here, but I've played couple battles with Regigigas and found him so useless. Idk if you will agree with me but here is my logic: Regigigas only does a fair damage if he have lots of damage on himself, long story short, he's a "one-hit-wonder" pokémon, he can OHKO, but probably, and I mean 90% chance, of being knocked right after, giving your opponent 2 precious prizes. So I think you can change both of yours Regis for a Tornadus and T/S/S, as Jirachi said before.

Regigigas EX. you have won my respect :D
I don't see any major flaws here, but:
-1 Dual Ball
+1 Catcher

Yeah, but this deck is meant to take cheap prizes. You can ensure breaking even by Catchering something up like an Eel for the KO. Then your opponent puts damage on Regigigas, then you follow up with Raging Hammer. Regigigas is your ticket to one shot anything other than Mewtwo, which your own Mewtwo can one shot for much less resources. I find that's something this deck can't really do without loading so many energies on Mewtwo that when he's knocked out, you have hardly any left.
