bottomline, cubone is awesome.

when paired with defender, junk arm and sages training and 4 marowak, its close to unstoppable(IMO). the only bad thing about it is its attack. but now with red collection i think there's some hope. with the new victini with props(propability control) i can choose to reflip so would that be worth it at all??

Ehhh. It takes time to set up, and anything that can do 100 or 120 damage (most of the metagame) can beat it after you get through your Defenders. Even with Victini, you can't count on getting any more than 20 damage any given turn.

If you really want to run it, it's possible. But don't expect to win a lot of your games... there's just too much Reshiboar/MagneBoar/ZPS/anythingelsemeta around that can beat it. So here's what I would run (post-Victini):
4-4 Marowak
2 Victini
4 Cleffa

4 DCE
4 Rescue

4 Defender
4 Evolite
4 Collector
4 Communication
2 Professor Juniper
4 Junk Arm

just as a backbone. The rest should be pretty standard...

And btw, your sig is missing one "buffalo"

Haha, Cubone. I agree with Scizorliscious seeing as you're facing faster decks and it's not going to be easy to win, and that you'll need to get those Marowak in the Discard Pile from the get-go, but this looks really fun. Anything with Status Conditions or Poison is gonna wreck you, or the Cofagrigus coming up that moves damage counters, so I'd throw in a Switch or some Catcher if it's not banned.

aerceops would be decent in here too. well maybe. but the deck definately needs something to help with consistency or bad machups

Zyflair and I were giving this a bit of discussion a while ago, and yes, this does look like a fun deck. Damage alone can't kill a Cubone unless you deal at least 140 damage (assuming Eviolite and 4 Marowak in discard pile) or you deal a special condition like Poison (Crobat Prime says hi) and Burn. Though with Catcher, it's not a very viable deck, but if the Pokémon you want in the active spot is a CUBONE, you know for a fact that it's a fun deck.

Haha, we've already finished a major Cubone deck in Team Rogue (you ppls are SLOOOOOOOW) but since it's disbanded, I'll give you a taste of our awesomeness =P

4-4 Marowak
2-2 Archeops
3 Terrakion
1 Victini

4 Junk Arms
4 Eviolite
4 Research Records
4 Sage's Trainings
2 "Archen" Fossils
Numerous Catchers, Seekers, Defenders, Potions, etc.

Cubone to stall, setup Terrakion and beast them out. Zekrom and Magnezone both do literally no damage to this guy. And Potion heals Cubone to the max. WIN
