Hi guys thanks for your time! Water themed ideas? (not team aqua)

Format:
Custom, see notes a the end.

Pokemon: 14
3 Blastoise (Deluge Ability)
3 Squirtle (Shell Shield Ability)
4 Kyurem (Non-EX w/Outrage)
4 Keldeo EX

Trainers: Total of 32
Ace Spec:1

1 Computer Search
Items:20
4 Ultra Ball
4 Rare Candy
2 Super Rod
2 Max Potion
4 Professor's Letter
2 Energy Recycler
2 Superior Energy Retrieval
Supporter:11
4 Professor Juniper
4 Skyla
3 N

Energy: 14

14 Water Energy

Strategy:
Main Strategy is to set up a Keldeo EX with massive Water energies.
This is done by setting up Blastoise with Deluge and draw card engine.
Kyurem serves as backup for decks that have protection against EX

STUFF being considered:
- Fossil Pokemon do not count toward the 1 per turn trainer card. THis is true for any Fossil card that has an HP and can be knocked out. They have the 'Item' Subtype. Some are: Helix, Dome, Skull, Armor, Root, Claw, Mysterious, Holon.
- Fossil Excavator (Majestic Dawn MD 82) searches for any Fossil that can evolve
Considering because I have not played with them so I am not familiarize on how this could be better or worse.

- No Trainer cards can be played if you go first.
Considering because I have not play-tested and I didn't play when that rule was in effect.

** 60-Cards Unlimited House Rules Format ** (Not final name) =P
DISCLOSURE:
Ideas taken from the Oracle (google) Based on an article I saw once about 150/100 singleton format. All credit due to the web community where I can find great articles about this game we like so much. ^_^ This format was created to have fun with house rules in our closed community. "Competitive without loosing its flavor" is the motto for our small team of 6 players (mostly kids)

Code of Trainer: Pokemon is about training your Pokemon to fight the other Trainer's Pokemon; not mess up with the trainers so that your Pokemon can win; for this reason;
A.All expansions are usable with current Official ruling adding the ones here. When this rules conflict with official rules this rules win.
B.Energy, Hand, and Deck(A.K.A. milling) Disruption must be kept to a minimum and decks based on this are not encouraged archetypes (there may be exceptions like the Lost Zone deck as it has a theme).
C. Consistent turn 1 wins are to be broken A.K.A. "donk". Ban/Restrict as appropriate.
Prevent abuse of a Trainer cards which make them a must in every-single-deck. Thou there are some Staples, not every deck should need "that" card. Ban/Restrict as appropriate.
D.All decks must be thematic. All Pokemon must meet at least one criteria of the following list:
D.1.All Pokemon be of the same energy type, either in the attacks/abilities or they Pokemon type (weakness or resistant do not count for this) There is no limit in how many types you can use (i.e Evee all types deck)
D.2. All Pokemon have an affiliation (i.e. Team Plasma, Team Galactic, Team Rocket)
D.3.All Pokemon be part of the Anime Story (Kanto Gym Leaders, All evil organizations or something creative)
D.4.Other reasons, non listed but that make sense. Common sense applies.
E.All Trainer cards have a type and sub-type (NOTE: Item is both type and sub-type i.e. A Pokeball is a Trainer:Item:Item)
E.1. Types are: Item/Supporter/Stadium
E.2.Sub-types are: Item/Ace Spec/Tool/Technical Machine/Fossil
F."Abilities" and "Pokémon Powers" are split into Poke-Powers If it requires activating (e.g. uses “you may”) and Poké-Bodies If the effect is static. If a card mentions Abilities or Pokémon Powers (eg. “all Pokémon Powers cannot be used”) this covers Poke-Powers and Poké-Bodies.
Restricted Cards:
- Gust of Wind
- Lass
- Super Energy Removal
Banned Cards/Abilities:
- Porygon2 (Great Encounters GE 49)- Lysandre’s Trump Card Banned
- Lysandre’s Trump Card

Errata:
- Old Computer Search is an Ace Spec
- Item Finder finds only "Trainers->Items->Items/Technical Machines/Fossil"
- Junk Arm finds only "Trainers->Items->Items/Technical Machines/Fossil"

That sounds like an interesting format. Since this is Unlimited, you should play Professor Oak instead of Sycamore since it's not a Supporter, and an N or two would be good in any deck. I might take out Cilan since it's a Supporter and there are other cards that virtually the same thing but aren't Supporters--Professor's Letter and Superior Energy Retrieval once you have some Energy in the discard pile.

-1 Keldeo EX
-3 Cilan
-2 Water Energy

+2 N
+3 Superior Energy Retrieval
+1 Professor's Letter

Thanks for taking the time to reply.

I've modified the deck a bit with one of your suggestions. Indeed Professor's Letter is better than Cylan. For the same reason added 2 Energy Recycler, not sure if this could play better than Superior Energy Recycler. Playtest is needed. Also a Vs Seeker for redundancy and as a staple.

Following rule E. 1. Professor Oak Is a Supporter. =)

If that's what that rule is trying to say, then it's not very clear at all.

For the same reason added 2 Energy Recycler, not sure if this could play better than Superior Energy Recycler.

I think Superior Energy Retrieval is better since they go straight to your hand and you can play them down immediately with Deluge.

Also could you update the deck list in the original post with your changes? Thanks!
