hello, in this time my question is about Dark and Metal Special E.

for example, If Ihave Shiftry EX (CG) whit 2 Dark SE, and use Target Attack in opponent´s bench pokemon, This attack Gain bonus from Dark Special???

or

If a pokemon in bench have a Metal Special E, reduce damage??

I confuse whit that

No for DArks, Yes for Metals. DArks already state "Defending Pokémon".
