Dark Gyarados Prerelease

I was just going through some of my old cards to sell and came across a Dark Gyarados that had 'Prerelease' bellow the picture. No other card has this and I have another Dark Gyarados without the 'Prerelease' tag on it...also haven't found it while looking at Pokepedia....

Rare card or just some type of promo release?
 
It was an old league promo that we got when the team rocket set was just being released. They really aren't all that rare.

BTW, would this be a good place to sell cards? I have about 60 holo's (including Jap editions)

It would be a pain to use Ebay for all these...
 
Ebay really is one of the best places to sell cards. I've got a little shop up there myself, and it's a great way to make your stuff available to the largest group of people!
 
Hmm....I'll sell my Charizard on Ebay and see how the bidding goes...if not I might try some here....
