I based this list of my Jolteon Archeops list I took to a regionals in the UK and its works in a similar way.
Pokémon (9):
The idea of the deck is very simple. You add a load of energys to your Pokémons and deal out a shed ton of damage with Darkrai EX. I thought that Empoleon would be a great partner with Darkrai to add boost its damage output and with the max elixers, it is very easy to get that damage out.
I do find that it is quite easy to get out the turn 1 (or turn 2, if you don't have a great start) Empoleon, due to the amount of item card that I run (think its 31!!!). Most of them you can burn right away and it helps make this deck very quick and fun to run.
The only problem I have found with this deck is going under item lock as it really starts it slow down and makes it 100x harder to power up your Pokémons. I found this out on my last game at regionals, make me go down quite far down the leader board.
Hope you like this deck and any ideas would be helpful!!!
