Yes you can use but not if that is a same Pokemon with different type
like Feraligatr d DF and Feraligatr UF

That's simply because those two share the same name. The "δ delta species" is not a part of its name, so it has nothing to do with what type it is. Dark/Light/Owner's ___________ are all spelled in bold and are included in the Pokemon's name, so they are all considered different Pokemon. The same rule applies to EX Pokemon, as the "ex" is included in their name. So you can have 4 normal, 4 dark, and 4 ex versions of the same Pokemon in your deck if you really wanted to.

Remember the illegal evolutions rule though. The card has to say exactly what it evolves from for the evolution to be legal. For example, Dark Gengar cannot evolve from a regular Haunter. It specifies that it only evolves from Dark Haunter.
