hey guys this is my {D} {P} deck for states i cant change anything now because i am wiped clean of money so you guys can just tell me what you think! :D I used this against my friends steelix/scizor/blissey prime deck and i couldve won (both of us had 1 prize left) but when he put up his scizors up, instead of switching my benched umbreon with basic dark I switched it with the umbreon with special dark so i couldnt do anything due to scizors pokebody i was pretty sad but i learned to pay closer attention. Anyways here it is!

Strategy
Ok the strategy is to spread damage throughout opponents bench with tyranitar and metagross to weaken the pokemon and get some prizes.If im in trouble ill use The umbreon it would lock up opponents pokemon so they cant attack if they have pokebodies pokepowers. The tyranitar can do his megaton tail for 120 with special dark and e belt he could hit up to 180 with an hp of 180 as well to be a sooper tank. The Houndoom to burn the active pokemon with its poke power. Planning to spread with tyranitar I have the manectric using its pokebody to protect my whole bench i would need to use bench shield on manectric so it itself wont get hurt, it would also protect all my pokemon from getting sniped. Metagross's pokebody, psychic float, makes all my pokemon retreat cost 0 when my active pokemon has a psychic energy attached to it.

Just a recomendation when you have some money xD if you're using Metagross pokebody, Mismagius UD can move psychic energies. That means that you don't have to attach a psychic energy to every pokemon that you play. You only move one energy, and then you just retreat it.

The deck is a good idea (it's funny, because my girlfriend was using Tyranitar Prime before it began to be popular in the metagame). Be careful against Palkia G Lv. X (I dunno if they're decks with this pokemon...), LuxChomp and trainer lock decks (I see too many trainers and there's no starter O_O that's something you should see). Try to get also Broken Time-Space ASAP because you're running 2 Stage 2 pokemon.

yea most of the time when i tried to burn with houndoom it landed tails and the manectric had a chance of getting prized so i think i shall add another! Thanks! you guys very helpful just in time for states on the 19th!

Also drop a warp and a rescue(1 of each is pointless...you'll never draw into them) for 2 more Collectors. I guarantee you won't do well at States without a good Collector line. It's your way of setting up your bench and no deck should be without at least 3. You should subtract an FSL and add another Communication as well, for more consistency.
