Dark Rush Accelgor Deck (Changed)

iisnumber12

Team UN (White)
Member
Pokemon: 25
3-3 Accelgor
2-2 Sunflora
3-1-2 Gothitelle
2-2 Dodrio
2-2 Musharna
1 Pichu
1 Cleffa

Trainers: 28
3 Collector
1 Cilan
4 Communication
3 Junk arm
3 Rare candy
4 Energy Exchanger
3 PONT
2 N
1 Switch
4 Twins

Energy: 7
3 {G}
4 DCE

Code:
Accelgor – Grass – HP90
Stage 1- Evolves from Shelmet

[G] Haymaker: 20 damage.
[C][C] Strike and Fade: 50 damage. The opponent’s Active Pokemon is now Poisoned and Paralyzed. Return this Pokemon and all cards attached to it to your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward.

Weakness: Fire (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 0

Musharna – Psychic – HP100
Stage 1 – Evolves from Munna

Ability: Vision
Look at 2 cards from the top of your deck, choose 1 of them, and put it in your hand. Return the other card to the top of your deck. You can use this ability 1 time during your turn.

[P][P] Fluffy Dream: 40 damage. This Pokemon is now Asleep.

Weakness: Psychic (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 3

Strategy: The idea of this deck is to get out accelgors, and consistently paralyze them each turn. Ninetales, draws and discards fires for Typhlosion, Sunflora searches out Accelgor, Vileplume locks switch, and Typlosion makes it easier to power up accelgor.

I want to know:

1. How should this list be changed?

2. How should this deck strategy be changed

3. What are counters to Espeon?

I DO NOT NEED TO KNOW THIS DECK LOSES TO ESPEON THANK YOU!

RE: Dark Rush Accelgor Deck

I would change:
-3-1-2 Vileplume
-3-2-3 Typhlosion
-2-2 Ninetales
-1 Reshiram
-2 Pichu
-4 Twins
-2 Prof. Elm
-8 fire
-32

+3-1-3 Gothitelle (better lock)
+2 Jirachi (running psychic now)
+2 Shaymin (moving the energy)
+3 Junk Arm
+2 Switch
+2 SSU
+2 Ultra Ball
+3 Pokemon Catcher
+7 psychic
+2 DCE
+32

this should work better. Goth. achieves lock as you return Accelgor after attacking.

RE: Dark Rush Accelgor Deck

You shouldn't be running psychic as you should never attack with gothitelle. Gothitelle is a better lock however. Here is the list I would use.

Pokemon: 25
4-4 Accelgor
2-2 Sunflora
3-1-2 Gothitelle
2-2 Dodrio
2 Shaymin
1 Cleffa

Trainers: 32
4 Collector
4 Communication
2 Ultra ball
4 Junk arm
3 Rare candy
2 Pluspower
3 Catcher
4 PONT
2 N
4 Sage's training

Energy: 8
4 {G}
4 DCE
This is a 65 card list, so you need to make some cuts. Make sure you have a way to consistently get those DCE every turn.

I think the reason i put the psychic was to be an energy acceleration for Accelgor, not Gothitelle; mainly due to an inability to have a DCE attached every turn.

Instead of setting up a stage 1 to have free retreat, you could try Darkrai EX. Just a suggestion.

I think aero dactyl might be a good idea for this deck. It is a restored Pokemon but they are going to become much more playable when that new stadium comes out. On a flip of heads twist mountain let's you play a restored Pokemon from your hand. And now back to aerodactyl. He is basically a plus power. For each aerodactyl you have in play your attacks do 10 more damage! I don't know about you guys but I don't think 50 is big enough.

50 is enough since you are Locking them out of doing anything. Also, does anyone think this deck would be good with Mew Prime or Mew EX?

i have playtested this deck with 4 level balls, 3 energy exchangers and 2 celebi prime, works so well

Now, I'm thinking Mew Prime would be amazing with this deck.
