Code:
Twist Mountain – Stadium

Each player may flip a coin once during his or her turn. If heads, he or she choose 1 Revived Pokemon card from his or her hand and plays it onto his or her Bench.

You can only bring 1 Stadium card into play during your turn. If a Stadium with a different name comes into play, discard this card.

Ability: Diving Draw
Choose 1 card from your hand and discard it. Then, draw 2 cards from your deck. You can use this ability 1 time during your turn.

[W] Attack Command: Does 10 damage times the total number of Pokemon in play.

Weakness: Lightning (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 2

The Strategy is to quickly set up Empoleons and use his power to set up more benched pokemon. Then, you can use Empoleons attack to take prizes really quickly. There are also many trainers in here to keep a consistant deck.

What's with the plusle and minun? You want to be starting with pichu. Also, drop the judge down to 1 or 2. I see where you're getting at, but its not that useful. 4 Sage's is a must in this deck. As is 3-4 catcher, 3-4 pluspower, and 4 junk arm. 2-3 rescue energy is needed to swarm. Drop the cheren, and take out all the dual ball Pichu works better. 3 super rod and 1 FSL is pretty good recovery in this deck- you need to consistently get out another empoleon when one goes down. You also need an answer to lightning. Hope I helped!

Thnx, Updated

They'd work in any other deck, but you kind of need a T1 playground. Jumpluff is another option for more type coverage.

I changed the list up a bit, any advice?

Ive been testing empoleon and found that it works best with donphan. Donphan is fast and pretty much covers Empoleon's lightning weakness.

I think that Donphan is too big to fit into this deck which is fast and has a great early game.

If you have the right list it works wonders. I run 4-2-4 Empoleon 4-4 Donphan and 2 Pichu
I run switch to switch
4rainbows
3 water and fighting
some pretty much staple Trainers and supporters
Trust me it is faaast and it is very annoying to have to knock out all basically 140 hp pokes
