If I level up my Darkrai (With Enigma Berry) to Darkrai Lv. X, does my Darkrai Lv. X still get the effect of Enigma Berry?

If you want to be perfectly technical, no.

Put this card onto your Active Darkrai. Darkrai LV.X can use any attack, Poke-Power, or Poke-Body from its previous level.

Items aren't mentioned. But that could be an oversight. Might want to ask on PokeGym.

And just noting here.... The Darkrai is a JUMBO (oversized) card. So you can't even play it in a normal deck. So in the end, the question here is purely theoretical.

And a quick edit. Noticed that there will be a normal size card in the bundle pack too. Cool.
