It's a normal DarkraiEX type deck, but the twist is that you have the ability to get Archeops and slow down your opponent's even more. With Blastoise, Garchomp, Haxorus, and more expecting to get some play at whatever they give us for fall tournaments... Archeops serves as a great card to slow them down.

Reformatted list to match rules.~KA

RE: DarkraiEX/Archeops

Amazing Deck Idea! I was just thinking about how to put Archeops into a deck, and this deck idea sounds great!

You could also countertroll Black Kyurem EX with Zoroark's foul play(Problem?) just for the lols.

RE: DarkraiEX/Archeops

Actually, I was thinking about adding Absol... Maybe take out Victini for it? I don't see it THAT great here...

I would consider running the following Pokemon lines instead because by the way you have it you are likely to hit a lot of turn 1 Archen. I believe with the list below you will be able to set up better, in theory the idea of this deck is quite good if it preforms well though is another matter all togther, you might find your trying to do too much however its worth a shot.

  • 2 Archen {Plasma Blast}

  • 2 Kaldeo EX

You CAN'T start with Archen because it's a RESTORED Pokémon, so if you have them in your hand, you can't use them.

I know that but if you play 4 the odds of having it in your opening hands are quite high and you don't want that. Was misworded on my part, sorry.

Actually, he DOES want them in your hand, it's easier to discard them that way.

Your ruining your whole decks consistency to set up that one line of pokemon though. Its a good idea, however you still want to be able to pressure on with Darkrai etc. It's just taking an extra two spots out, 2-2 is fine and you find that you will still hit quite fast. Its personal preference I guess, I would rather give the two spots up for extra trainers, maybe keeping one and going to 3.

You will be surprised how you can aggressively go through your deck, especially in Darkrai.
