Hi Link300,

Not too much into non-speed Darkrai decks. You could run one less Hydreigon since he is just a supporter line. Also think about one less Virizion EX. One tech to cover status weakness should suffice. If you like these changes you can adjust the trainers accordingly.

-1 Deino (only a supporter line)
-1 Hydreigon (see able)
-1 Virizion EX (assuming it is only a tech)
-1 Rare Candy (three is enought with Skyla for two Hydreigon)
-1 Max Potion (three should suffice)
-1 N (mid-game N tends to hurt)
-1 Blend GRPD (need more energies that can be searched and patched)

+3 Colress (better mid-game than N)
+2 Prof. Letter (searches out two Darkness energies)
+1 Dark Claw (damage boost is needed)
+1 Darkness Energy (more patchable energies to discard)

Hope this provides some initial assistance.

Hello iLink300!

I am a fellow Speed Darkrai player, so welcome to the army! (even though its not that popular :p) Dark Espeon actually helped me out with my own deck, which you can see here. My personal deck is just plain old Darkrai, but I like the twist of adding Hydregion to the mix. Here's what I think you should do.

First of all, I'm assuming Hydregion is in this deck for a supporting role. Because of that, I would only run a 2-1-2 line, with 2 or 3 Rare Candies. Also, I don't believe I see a lead Pokemon in that list, since none of these Pokemon are fit to start a match. I'm also assuming that Virizion is in there to prevent status conditions, which is a support role, therefore I don't see a reason to include more than 1. Besides that, I don't see any issues at all! Here's the changes I would make.

-1 Hydregion
-1 Deino
-2 Rare Candy
-1 Virizion EX
-1 Yveltel EX
-1 N
+2 Sableye
+2 Yveltel (XY)
+2 Colress
+1 Darkness Energy

Sableye and Yveltel are in there for two solid leadoff Pokemon. A nice balance of N and Colress will help you out alot, as one is for each half of the game, early and late. I think 5 main attackers should be good, as 3 Darkrai EX and 2 Yveltel EX will suffice.

Overall, I think this deck has alot of potential, but all I can say is test, test, and then test again! Hope I helped!

Happy New Year,
