Hi serjicalboy!

So looking in to this deck a bit, I found somethings that you can most definitely change.

Battle Reporter: This card will most likely be a dead card in your hand and should not be played in this deck as it relies on your opponent's hand.

Tierno: Another card that doesn't really support the deck as heavily as it only nets you three cards.

Super Ball: Ultra Ball is by far much better as it lets you search out any Pokemon in your deck.

The number of Pokemon you're playing is spread out too, instead, try and narrow the count down and try focusing on specific Pokemon in the deck. The way your lineup is now it is to thin and is susceptible to Pokemon being prized and you being in an awkward position.

Energy: Having 12 Dark Energy is excessive for a few reasons, it hurts you in providing a sturdy Pokemon line as well as Draw Support, it's meant for Pokemon that are required to have energy to deal more damage or a energy type engine, lastly, it can hurt you as you may run in to many dead draws.

So here are some ways to tidy up the deck a bit!

Pokemon: 13
  • Darkrai EX: 2
  • Yveltal: 2
  • Yveltal EX: 3
  • Zorua: 2
  • Zoroark (BKT): 1
  • Mewtwo EX (NDX): 1
  • Shaymin EX (ROS): 2
Support:37
  • Professor Sycamore (Or Professor Juniper): 4
  • N: 3
  • Colress: 2
  • Lysandre: 2
  • Hex Maniac: 1
  • AZ: 1
  • VS Seeker: 4
  • Ultra Ball: 4
  • Dark Patch: 4
  • Shadow Circle: 3
  • Muscle Band: 3
  • Trainers' Mail: 3
  • Acro Bike: 2
  • Battle Compressor: 1
Energy:10
  • Dark Energy: 6
  • Double Colorless Energy: 4

Here's an idea of what you could build in terms of a Yveltal EX deck. The idea behind the deck I made is to use Yvetal EX as your main attacker with Evil ball for massive damage. Your tech would be Zoroark from Breakthrough and Mewtwo from Next Destinies/Legendary Treasures as Mewtwo EX has a colorless energy attack and uses a weaker version of Yveltal EX's attack. Zoroark is a great Pokemon to use for Mind Jack for massive damage as well as Stand in when Darkrai is not in play.

The Draw Support line is based of Professor Juniper/Sycamore to draw a fresh seven cards while N is to help you shuffle cards back in or to disrupt your opponent's hand if they're Prize's are down to one or two. Syhamin EX is a great card to play down if you are needing to add cards to your hand as it gives up to six cards and can be brought back to the hand by the use of AZ or a DCE with Sky Return. Colress is a great card as it is based on how many Pokemon are on the bench both yours and your opponents, meaning you can grab up to ten cards at a time. Finally, Trainers' Mail is used to get a item, or support card to your hand in order to speed up your set up. Acro Bike has the same concept but adds the benefit of possibly discarding a energy to possibly use Dark Patch and VS Seeker simply allows you to use a supporter if you don't have one in your hand for the turn and need to use one if you haven't yet.

Next is Battle Compressor as it can be used for a few things, one is for mainly discarding energy as it sets you up to use Dark Patch for energy acceleration but can also be used to discard a support card to be played by VS Seeker for the turn. Hex Maniac is great for shutting abilities down such as your opponent from using Shaymin EX as well, just remember to use your own Shaymin EX before using this card. Lysandre is great for when opponent's are either retreating from getting a Pokemon knocked out, or simply bringing one out to stall, it's a great way to force your opponent in a tight spot. Muscle Band is great for this deck, it allowed for twenty extra damage and can save you an energy and give you a knock out. Double Colorless Energy is the same way, it provides two energy meaning it doubles the damage for Mewtwo EX and Yveltal EX right off the bat and is great in combination with Dark Patch. Lastly is Shadow Circle, it provides weakness resistance to your Pokemon, meaning Yveltal cannot be knocked out in one hit by Pokemon like Mega Manectric EX so it's a must in the deck, it also gives you a way to counter you opponent's stadium as well.

I hope this deck and explanation helps you out a bit! Good luck and have fun!
