Ive been working on my new darkwaters deck i got some new cards from trading at the dragons exalted prerelease and i got shiny krookodile so i wanna add him heres my deck list:

I would take out a Krokorok and a vanillIsh for 2 more N since your running rare candy. Hope I helped

Not sure what the strategy is, but I would start with:
-1 Kyogre EX: Four of any EX is overkill.
-2-2-2 Vanilluxe: Darkrai EX gives free retreat.
-1 Krokorok
-1 Energy Search
-1 Great Ball
-1 Victory Cup
-1 Rocky Helmet
-1 Cilan
-2 {W}
+1 Darkrai EX
+2 Dark Patch
+2 N
+3 Juniper
+2 Pokemon Communication
+4 DCE
+1 Bianca

Most of the changes are just for consistency. Running a single copy of anything is usually a bad idea.

Adding on to Mora's suggestion, take out 2kyurem ex and 1 kyogre ex and replace it with 3 darkrai ex.
