Heya. I plan on using the following as a competitive deck. It's the first deck I'll have competed with, and it's the first deck I've made that I'm actually relatively pleased with.
Alright, so the plan is to use DarMAXitan and Gardevoir in conjunction with Fliptini. The psychics are weak against psychic decks--which I foresee an increase of what with Mewtwo EX. To counter this, Cobalion from NV will be used. Energy is pretty straight forward-- 4 DCE for DarMAXitan, 4 Special Metal for Cobalion, and 8 psychic.
The only problem I'm having is getting a good T/S/S lineup. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your time!

Pokemon (18):
Darumaka NDE x3
Darmanitan NDE x3
Ralts NDE x3
Kirlia NDE x2
Gardevoir NDE x3
Fliptini x2 (1/2)
Cobalion NV x2

T/S/S (26):
Pokemon Collector x3
PONT x3
Fisherman x2
Cilan x3
Cheren x3
Energy Retrieval x2 (2/2)
Super Rod x2 (2/2)
Pokemon Communication x2 (2/2)
Rare Candy x3
Energy Exchange x3

Energy (16):
8 Psychic
4 Special Metal
4 DCE

I'd replace cheren for Sage's Training and Juniper because they are better drawing power in decks like this. I do not find energy exchange very useful because usually you would have all the energy you would need. I'd also suggest cutting 1 fisherman since discarded energy will usually not be a problem and cut 1-2 Cilan. I'd run some twins since Ralts will probably catchered and killed early on in the game.

Each head coin flips would do 100 damage to my mewtwo ex. I wouldn't wanna face that deck.

I would go with 4 Pokemon Communication. It is a great way to get pokemon out faster, mainly after you use pokemon collector.

Pokemon catcher would help you knock out more powerful pokemon before they power up.

Junk arm maybe? Better access to your rare candies, pokemon communications, and catchers.

I got a friend that would run a simplier deck to yours.

Prism Energy? Maybe not. Just throwing that out there.

Please add the names of the main Pokémon in your deck to the deck title. Thanks.

You would wanna cut down on DCE, because Gardy makes {P} = {P}{P}, and DCE is prime to Lost Remover, whereas {P} isn't, assuming you do:
-2 DCE
+2 {P}
