DCL Spread

I got a booster box for Christmas and i now have 4 tops and 2 bottoms of DCL, so I want to put them to good use. I was thinking having Electivire spread 50 to each Pokemon with Energies on them, then using Solrock to block them from healing, and using Ampharos for energy attachment damage, and finally moving the damage around with DCL. What do you think?

That sounds like a nice deck in theory, but it seems like your trying to hard to fit it alot of spreaders. Gallade 4 lvX is the better option here as it's a basic lvX so its easy to get out, plus it can use the SP engine. i've tried it, and it's pretty decent.

2-2 Gallade 4 lvX
2 Crobat G
1/1 DCL
2-1 Uxie lvX
1 Azelf

It isn't the complete line, just the basis. there's still plenty of room for techs.

Oh my god your using DCL! :D
Well if you want to stick to your first idea you could use Ambipom G to move the energies to set up for Electivire. Also Raichu GL maybe? Just a thought.

However I agree with Empoleon. Gallade is faster and the SP engine thins your deck out much faster. Plus you get Crobats.

i have the bottom of DCL. i was thinking gengar prime and gengar x with DCL. put 4 damage counters down then use compound pain free retreat and move all the counters for mass amounts of prizes. maybe use compound pain twice.

This brings up another topic. How do you guys think spread will do once Garchomp C gets rotated? I was thinking of combining maybe Gengar Lv. X, Gengar Prime, and Kingdra Prime for a damage counters placement deck of sorts and want to know in advance if it's a practical idea.

I think I like X_empoleon_X idea better... the only problem is that I will need to obtain 3 Lv.X's, and 2 rares... on top of that, the local stores I buy packs of cards from stopped selling anything before HGSS.

I saw this used as a tech in Gengar spread, also using Gallade 4 X. It didn't work out as well as planned, but he could usually get a few prizes with it at the end of the game (When he could actually set it up).
