deck choosing help 2

hi guys im back now
i decided to build a new deck but dunno what to build
there are three choices
1) Infernape Lv x
2) Empoleon Lv x
3) Gengar
and for those who voted the deck can u kindly PM me the deck list of cards that u choose (provided u know the deck list)

I would say Infernape, but not the level X one. It's a fast deck and one of the most powerful ones from the new format. Won't send you the decklist because that would be netdecking. Anyway, what do you mean with "Gengar"?
