Strategy:

The main strategy is to set up Gothitelle and use its ability Magic Room to prevent my opponent from playing any item cards. During this process Druddigon is used as a barrier. Due to its Rough Skin ability, the defending Pokemon is damaged when attacking Druddigon. I can the power up Gothitelle's Madkinesis, doing more damage for each Psychic Energy.

I also have Reshiram, Kyurem, and Zekrom in this deck due to their Outrage attack. This attack takes advantage of damage done by the defending Pokemon by increasing the damage Outrage does for each damage counter on the attacking Pokemon.

I also run Malamar and Meowstick both as ways to confuse the defending Pokemon. This slows my opponent down, potentially giving me enough time for a strong setup.

I am making this deck with the 2015-2016 season in mind which explains why many trainer cards that could have helped my deck were not included. I feel that I need to work on making sure I can evolve fast enough. I feel I can get away with this, given that with Wally and Evosoda I can get a turn 2 Gothitelle if I'm lucky.

Legendary Treasures will probably rotate next season so Gothitelle, Druddigon, and Outragers will rotate. So... yea. Sorry.
But it might not so...
First of all, Gothitelle can only Item Lock from the active spot meaning that you don't want Druddigon active. Also, there are much better attacks than Gothitelle's. I suggest running a thicker Vileplume line instead of Gothitelle.
Druddigon is ok at best. There are better attackers out there. If you want a colorless non-EX attacker that does damage for 3 energies and has a good effect, Bouffalaunt PRC is better. It does 80 damage, discards a special energy which are huge right now, and grass types like M Sceptile and Vespiquen do less damage to it. There is also Regigigas PHF which also does 80 damage for the same amount of energy and it reduces damage done to it. It also has more HP.
Also for special conditions, Malamar EX is better than Malamar and Meowstic because it can do it from the bench.
I don't really think that you need Outragers in this deck because of all the big damage next season.
For the trainer cards, Professor Sycamore, N, and VS Seeker are great cards so take advantage of them.
I hope this helps!

Yeah that's a lot of one ofs. Decks are a lot more consistent if they have a focus--if they are designed to do something specific. You should figure out what you want your deck to do, and then put in cards that compliment that strategy with multiple copies. Also there are better options for Item lock. Trevenant does the exact same thing, but it's only a Stage 1. Vileplume doesn't have to be Active, but it Item locks everyone. Seismitoad EX is probably the easiest Item lock to achieve, but it requires you to use a low damaging attack every turn.
